Workshops and parties will be held at Caliente Dance Studio or D'Social (Burlington Square).

Refunds will not be available. However, you may transfer your purchase (in it's entirety) to someone else. You may not sell them parts of your purchase (e.g. party ticket only) if the item is discounted. E.g. if you purchased a workshop and Sat's party ticket, you cannot transfer either item on it's own to someone else.

Yes, you may stay with your own partner. Be sure to direct others away from you during rotation of partners.

We believe in trusting in our artistes and letting them decide what would be most beneficial for the participants. The Wednesday party (which is before the workshops) will give the artistes a good overall gauge of the skill level of the participants, as well as their challenges. They will be able to decide on the workshop topics after Wednesday's party, as well as during the workshops and weekend parties. Therefore, we are unable to provide workshop topics for this event at this time. Instead, we recommend that you place your trust in the artistes, to teach you what you need. If you would like to explore a specific topic with them, the best way is to do a private lesson with them. Feel free to suggest topics to us, and we will pass along your request to the artiste. However, do note that they may or may not choose to teach your topic of interest.

The discounts for workshops are to reward those who make an early commitment to attend the workshops. Therefore, if you register and pay for 2 workshops (e.g. on Friday), and end up attending an additional 3 workshops (e.g. on Sat), you will need to pay $40 x 3 for the additional 3 workshops (assuming you pay for all 3 at the start of the first workshop on Sat) or $45/workshop if you pay for them individually. You will not be able to enjoy the discounted rate of $36/workshop, even though you attend 5 workshops in total. When you pay for workshops separately, the rate of $45/workshop will apply. Discounted rates will only apply if you register and make payment for the workshops by 27 Oct 2018. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
